I've always had problems getting a good nights sleep, since COVID and lockdown I've suffered from tinnitus (which seems have been getting worse these past few years), recently I've had zero amount of sleep my tinnitus is loud and proud, I've even been getting headaches in time with my tinnitus. Last week in desperation I tried out Nytol and it has helped me getting a good couple of hours of rest, on the box it says go see your doctor because you might be having a long term medical issue.
How about insomnia, I've noticed that the Nytol stops me from tossing and turning during the night, and legs don't seem to be sore (long story I had a DVT about 15 years ago and my legs get sore/tender during the night so I have to move to get comfortable).
So I'm contacting the doctor tomorrow and ask for more help with my sleep issues (I actually don't remember the last time I had a good nights sleep) and I will contact Boots get another hearing teast and try using a hearing aid, to see if it helps with the tinnitus.
